We want to win over our clients every day. In order to achieve this goal, approximately 35 employees work passionately and enthusiastically. Our clientele´s appreciation of this is displayed through their loyalty towards us and this demonstration of loyalty is worth it.

Service.

Shopping, for our clients, shouldn’t only be speedy but also as convenient as possible.
For this reason Boley employs neither a minimum order in value nor a minimum quantity surcharge, we rather adopt a “no questions asked” guideline, that is to say you can return your goods within 30 days without expressing your reasons.
Service is also tantamount to us. Six sales representatives are available throughout Germany to assist you with any technical queries you may have regarding the watches, clocks and jewellery technology.
A competent, skilled and knowledgeable in –house staff with the expertise in watches, clocks and spare parts experts complete our service.

Approximately 35 employees process virtually 6,000 enquiries per month.

Passion.

The bond between Boley and its clientele is the mutual passion for watches, clocks and jewellery technology. Our acknowledgement of this passion is displayed to our regular clients through their privileged access to information about new developments in our array of goods. They receive this information with their monthly statements.

Our customers are frequently updated on new offers and any additional information through direct mailing or alternatively, the information is enclosed with their monthly invoice. Our extensive on-line shop updates our clients on a daily basis as to any developments.

Boley Service exists since 1860! Boley has a long standing position in this business and has been working as a team with its customers and employees for over 150 years.

The Boley clients have a right to expect only the best from us. Our customer service is available around the clock: Our phones are operated from Monday to Thursday 7.30am - 4.30pm and on Friday until 2.30pm and, with the exception of the bank holidays, we are available weekdays throughout the whole year.
