These baths are used for cyanide electrolyte for decorative gold-plating with differing deposition alloy and
thus colour. The various gold colours correspond with the Swiss colour standard NIHS. In principle, all non-
ferrous metals and stainless steels to be colur-plated should be pre-plated. Outstandingly suitable for this
purpose is the acid pre-plating gold bath AC3 (item No. 695655).
Savor colour-plating baths are used in traditional electroplating units. Before plating, the articles must be
cleaned and degreased.
