The new BSA-100/10 belt sander from WELLNER is a compact double belt sander. With these machines, surfaces and edges can be processed in a very special way. The two belt sanding arms make it easy to refurbish different areas of watch cases. Belt sanding arm 100mm for cases and bracelets, belt sanding arm 10mm for refurbishing between the lugs.

The modular multi-function device from German production has a powerful and torque-strong spindle motor, installed in a high-quality CNC milled housing with ergonomic design. The stator housing made of grey cast iron ensures particularly quiet running of the motor.

The machine is equipped with an Eco-Mode, which enables particularly smooth and energy-saving operation. The torque boost mode can be switched on at the push of a button, which ensures a significant increase in torque during rough grinding work, even at low speeds.

The speed of 0-3000 rpm can be set classically via a rotary knob, but also via the large touch screen. Desired speeds and work steps can be stored in the memory to be repeated later 1:1. The set speed is shown in the large and clear display. The workstation is equipped with two belt sanding arms that can be tilted forwards and backwards for sanding belts with a width of 100 mm and 10 mm. An emergency stop switch ensures optimum safety.
