Crucible smelting furnace, digital - 0,5 kg

The crucible smelting furnace is completely equipped including a graphite crucible and pair of casting tongs. The working temperature up to a maximum of 1120 °C can be infinitely varied with the help of the automatic temperature control. The metal is smelted in the graphite crucible, maximum of 500 g gold or 400 g silver. Working time is approx. 35 minutes. The graphite crucible (50 x 95 mm) can be used for about 15-20 smelting operations. After use the hot crucible must be put back into the furnace immediately and the lid closed, in order to avoid unnecessary loss of graphite! The crucible smelting furnace is supplied complete with digital temperature controller.
