Assembly Table “Clean Air Table”

Simple and efficient - this assembly table loosens particles and then sucks them up again. The Clean Air Table has the advantage of channelling the dust and preventing it from falling back into the working environment.

You only need to press on the table to detach and vacuum the dust. When the table is lifted, a vacuum is created so that the centre section of the housing or the floor can be vacuumed. Ending the stroke activates the compressed air while the vacuum remains active, creating a pneumatic vortex inside your part to be cleaned. The dust is detached and extracted via the larger openings. This method is not suitable for dust containing adhesive or greasy substances.
