Glass Adhesive EPOXY EPO-TEK® 301-2 Watch Glass Adhesive – Optical 2-component Epoxy Adhesive

EPO-TEK® 301-2, available in a handy 4g pack, is the industry standard for watch manufacturing and repair. This highly transparent two-component epoxy adhesive has been specially developed for the high-precision bonding of mineral and sapphire crystals into metal cases. What makes the 4g pack special is that both components are already contained in the perfect mixing ratio – ensuring maximum process reliability without the need for weighing.

Technical data & application:
• System: 2-component epoxy resin (pre-measured 4g pack)
• Viscosity: Very low (highly fluid for micro-dosing)
• Working time: approx. 8 hours at room temperature
• Curing: Rapid heat curing (recommended: 80 °C for approx. 3 hours) or gentle curing at room temperature (2–3 days).

Application tip: Thoroughly degrease the housing and the edge of the glass. Activate the components in the 4g pack as instructed until homogeneous. Apply a wafer-thin layer using a fine dosing needle or a dispenser, position the glass precisely and secure it in place whilst it cures.
