The technical specifications of the polymer used for the interchangeable tweezer tips were designed exclusively for the watchmaking and jewelry fields. The processed material is a natural raw material that has existed for centuries, and its use in the watchmaking industry is still very new. The thermosetting polymer tips are made from casein (a milk protein) and improve the handling of delicate components.

Thanks to its material properties, precious surfaces are not scratched. The material also features a hard surface to prevent excessive wear and eliminate contamination by particles. Furthermore, it is anti-static.

Since the tips are biodegradable, the ecological footprint is reduced.

For cleaning, the tips can be quickly wiped with an alcohol-soaked cloth. The tips must never be completely immersed in a liquid.

Replacing the tips:
When reassembling, first thread in the slotted screws without over-tightening them. Then proceed with the self-tapping central screw, which requires higher torque and axial pressure during screwing. Finally, align the tips so that they are correctly flush and tighten the slotted screws.
