The new PUK 6.1 - finest precision welding technology for jewelry manufacturers

The PUK 6.1 represents a significant further development of the proven PUK 6 and draws its strengths from more than two decades of experience in welding technology for the jewellery industry.

This device offers a faster and continuously adjustable welding spot sequence, which increases efficiency. In addition, up to five individual configurations can be saved, with the device starting automatically with the last selected settings. Particularly noteworthy is the new PIN mode, which makes pin welding easier.

Computer-aided simulations and intensive testing have significantly improved the precision and appearance of the welding points compared to the previous model.

The PUK 6.1 is suitable for material thicknesses of less than 0.2 mm and enables the precise welding of all precious metal alloys as well as the welding of ear studs and pins, which emphasises its versatility.
