Ergonomic honing knife with carbide blade

Our ergonomically shaped honing knife not only offers outstanding functionality, but also a high level of user comfort. Equipped with a high-quality carbide blade, it is ideal for dressing and trimming polishing buffs. The holder is completely milled from high-quality stainless steel, which prevents the colour from peeling off in the event of accidental sanding.

The ergonomic design enables effortless handling and reduces fatigue during use. To prevent accidental damage to surfaces, the blade has been mounted offset downwards. For added safety, the screws on the blade plate are countersunk, which prevents them from getting caught in the polishing mould or felt.

This honing knife has been redesigned in line with the latest industrial standards and the geometric properties have been optimised to ensure a significant improvement in performance. At the same time, the precision when removing the polishing discs remains consistently high. The newly developed tungsten carbide blade has been adapted in terms of hardness and resilience to suit the special carbide mixture.
