DC 270 Dosing Unit

The DC 200 series dosing unit is designed for the precise control of pneumatic dosing, such as the direct dosing of all types of fluids from small cartridges ranging from 3 to 80 ml. A timer for setting a dosing duration of 0.01 to 31 seconds and a vacuum retention system to prevent dripping of low-viscosity media enable precise, repeatable dosing. The built-in compressed air regulator allows the material pressure to be set precisely.

The DC 200 series differs in terms of pressure range and the precision of output pressure control.
