Replacement Tips Made of Soft Polymer for Anti-Scratch Tweezers

The technical specifications of the polymer used for the interchangeable tweezer tips were designed exclusively for the watchmaking and jewelry fields. The processed material reliably protects precious surfaces from damage. It also features a sufficiently hard surface to prevent excessive wear and eliminate contamination by particles.

The bent shape of these tips is specially optimized for fitting watch hands. Thanks to this specific geometry, the tool can be held completely parallel to the dial during hand fitting. This ensures maximum stability and highest precision during operation, even with cases fitted with a flange or for counter hands.

These high-end tweezers require careful handling. The synthetic tips are delicate and can break if dropped, for example.

The alignment of the two points can be corrected at any time, as the tips have angular play. To do this, slightly loosen the four slotted screws, make the adjustment, and retighten the screws. Care should be taken not to apply excessive torque. In case of wear or breakage, the tips can be easily replaced using a screwdriver.

For cleaning, the tips can be quickly wiped with an alcohol-soaked cloth. The tips must never be completely immersed in a liquid.

Replacing the tips:
When reassembling, first thread in the slotted screws without over-tightening them. Then proceed with the self-tapping central screw, which requires higher torque and axial pressure during screwing. Finally, align the tips so that they are correctly flush and tighten the slotted screws.
