Advantages:
- Use of the two-part raw COMPACT rubber moulds does away with the problem of finding
suitable storage for rolls of raw rubber.
- It guarantees substantially better economics through the reduction of raw rubber waste and
easier calculation of stock figures.
- The raw COMPACT rubber mould replaces the considerable expenditure necessary in
producing individual rubber moulds, which effectively reduces processing time and therefore
costs of production.
- After vulcanising they do not need to be expertly cut open – they only need to be "opened",
which again saves the cost and time of qualified personnel.
- Through the new style of combining their guide components – nipples/cutouts – a properly-
fitting uniformity of the rubber moulding, which can now no longer fall apart.
- After vulcanisation, the two-part COMPACT raw rubber mould displays enhanced structural
and mechanical stability which even with repeated use of the rubber mould provides the
necessary conditions for an excellent moulding result.
- The new qualities listed above for the series-produced two-part raw COMPACT rubber moulds
finally result in saving costs at the same time as increased precision in the jewellery model.
