KIF Endcap Jewels

KIF endcap jewels are a central element of the KIF shock protection system and, together with the hole stone, setting and spring, form the upper bearing of the balance staff. They limit the axial movement of the balance staff, stabilize the oil retention and contribute significantly to the shock resistance and accuracy of mechanical watch movements.
