The new MFS-2 series from WELLNER are compact and powerful multifunctional machines for lapidation, polishing and belt grinding. With these machines, surfaces and edges can be processed in a very special way. Restore old, damaged housings, strips and workpieces or give them a unique finish and increase the visual impression and value of your workpiece.

The modular multi-function device from German production has a powerful and torque-strong spindle motor, installed in a high-quality CNC milled housing with ergonomic design. The stator housing made of grey cast iron ensures particularly quiet running of the motor.

The machine is equipped with an Eco-Mode, which enables particularly smooth and energy-saving operation. The torque boost mode can be switched on at the push of a button, which ensures a significant increase in torque during rough grinding work, even at low speeds.

The speed of 0-3000 rpm can be set classically via a rotary knob, but also via the large touch screen. Desired speeds and work steps can be stored in the memory to be repeated later 1:1. The set speed is shown in the large and clear display. The work station is equipped with a belt grinding arm for grinding belts with 100mm that can be tilted forwards and backwards. An emergency stop switch ensures optimum safety. Made in Germany!
