KUV 230 UV curing Device

The universal device for curing UV-active adhesives and casting resins.

The device consists of a control unit with integrated drawer and requires no additional components for operation. The irradiation time can be precisely preselected using a timer. Two UV tubes with reflectors serve as the UV radiation source in the middle UV-A range, whose radiation spectrum (350-400 nm) has been specially tailored to the requirements of UV products. The service life of the UV tubes is max. 8000 hours. The KUV 230 curing device operates completely silently and is equipped with a safety switch to prevent UV light from escaping if the drawer is not completely closed. In addition, the new KUV 230 has a small viewing window that shows the current operating status.

Area of application:
Bonding glass to glass, metals, minerals and plastics. Suitable for small series in watch, optical and jewellery manufacturing as well as for use in laboratories and repair workshops.
