Stereo microscope unit for setters and engravers - binocular
The RZ-series stereomicroscopes by Novex are characterised by their value for money and high quality; since they are 100% parafocal, the image always remains razor-sharp.
The RZ-zoom "setter version" is fitted with a stable, compact swivelling tripod with swivel foot. The horizontal swivel arm can be adjusted in all directions. Maximum spacing of the vertical tripod post from the optical axis is 660 mm. Maximum observation height is 300 mm. The RZ-zoom is fitted with a 45° inclined, 360° rotatable trinocular fitting with two fixed wide-field 10x/20 eyepieces. They have a dioptre adjustment and the eye-spacing may also be adjusted, between 52 and 80 mm; together with the wide-field eyepieces included in the scope of delivery, magnifications between 6.5x and 45x are available. Other magnifications can be achieved by using additional resolution lenses.
The RZ-zoom is 100% parafocal, meaning that the image remains razor-sharp during the complete zoom manoeuvre. The magnification can be altered without the focus setting of the microscope having to be reset.
