Rollimat pivot polisher
The "Rollimat" pivot polisher is a modern tool with a 220 volt motor for rolling and polishing
clock pivots. Rasterbrosche with 24 bearings for pivots from 0.30-4.00 mm and Widia disc. A
depth-limiter guarantees that the pivot will be rolled to the dimension set and the bronze bearing
will not be damaged. The adjustable pressure imposed is created by a steel spring.
Operation:
Measure the unfinished pivot, clamp it in the required notch, fix the pivot thickness. Fix the
workpiece with the fingers and switch on the polisher for one to two seconds. The pivot is
finished, and it has an outstanding polish from the Widia roller disc.
