Invest R/P

Phosphate-bonded speed moulding material for all jewellery alloys. Developed for precious metals with a high melting point. Particularly smooth surface due to finer grain size. Specially developed for the high demands of rapid prototyping materials.

Invest RP is a graphite-free, phosphate-bonded special moulding material for all precious metals
and their alloys with a high melting point (for silver, gold and titanium alloys, as well as steel, palladium and platinum).

The properties of Invest RP have been optimised with regard to surface quality and the strength has been adapted to the higher expansion forces when used with rapid prototyping materials.

For precision casting, the expansion of Invest RP can be adjusted to compensate for metal shrinkage.

Invest RP has been specially developed for the rapid casting process, i.e. the cuvette can be placed in the furnace preheated to final temperature at max. 900°C approx. 15 - 20 minutes after stirring and cast as usual after 30 - 120 minutes preheating time (depending on the size of the cuvettes).

Invest RP can also be heated conventionally, i.e. by slow heating overnight.
