Superstrip 100

Super Strip 100 is a gold stripping bath for the quick and easy chemical removal of electro-plated gold layers. The electrolyte has high gold absorption efficiency.

Application:
The work pieces to be stripped of gold are placed in the solution so that the electrolyte completely covers the surfaces to be treated. Within 2-3 minutes the gold deposits are dissolved through a chemical reaction. Prior to beginning the gold stripping process we recommend cleaning and degreasing of the work pieces.

Bath temperature: Room temperature
PH value > 10
Exposure time 2 - 30 minutes (depending on the amount of gold)
Potassium cyanide 20 g / litre
Removal speed: approx. 1.2-3 µm/min
(the solution can be heated for a higher stripping speed)
Degree of saturation: > 10g/l
