Backorders ready for delivery
You can now quickly see on the homepage whether your backorders are ready for delivery. When you log in, a green dot appears on the ‘shopping basket’ symbol. The number inside the dot indicates the quantity of backorders ready for delivery. The number in the red dot represents the number of products in the shopping basket.

In the shopping basket you will then find a detailed list of the backorders ready for delivery with your order date and the quantity of backorders. This arrangement gives you an overview of your current shopping basket and your backorders and should therefore prevent the risk of double orders.
